And The Winner Is!

Before I announce the winner,
I'll explain the reason I have wood-putty on my fingers.

Still working on the hatch cover.
No matter how tight the pieces fit together there are always spots to putty in.

Lots of sanding on this boat project but it will all be worth it when we are done.

All the names of everyone who participated are going into my old beat up cowboy hat.

And now for the lucky winner!

Congratulations to Donna Wilkes!
The Rust Goddess wins our $25. Amazon gift card!!
Thanks so much to everybody who participated in our drawing.
We will be having at least one more before Gypsy Rose is finished.

Have a great day and smooth sailing.

    Greetings from Sweden,

  3. Well done to the winner.
Your hatch is coming on super Steve.

  4. Congratulations to Donna! Gosh, I imagine if the boat is not puttied enough, it could sink? Water could leak through the cracks.

  5. WHOO-HOO for Donna!! What a wonderful and blessed day for her!! The boat is coming along beautifully.....I believe I am learning some things from this! Blessings~~~Roxie

  6. Congratulations Donna!! :)
Looks like you are doing a great job with that hatch. Still keeping an eye on your progress. I can't wait to see the Gypsy Rose in the water! :)

  7. Nice work on that hatch cover. I wish I had skills with wood...

  8. Congratulations Donna! Steve, I hope the Gypsy Rose is coming along!!!

  9. Thanks again, Steve, for the gift certificate. This is an update. I received my gift card notification. I was torn between Mason jars and a book, but in the end went in a totally different direction. Being The Rust Goddess, I bought 100 old rusty skeleton keys. I love them!

Have you seen those totally romantic gypsy pillows Connie made? You better get cracking on finishing!
